[tor-qa] ASan hardened TBBs for Linux x86-64

Hi,

I am happy to announce the first TBBs that are built with Address
Sanitizer (ASan) hardening. See:

some material explaining what it does and what it defends against.

These builds are nightlies and currently available for 64bit Linux
systems. I've uploaded one to

If there are builds needed in different locales let me know. For some
testing remarks or even instructions on building such bundles oneself see
