[tor-qa] Test latest nightlies on Windows XP

Hi,

while testing the nightlies is always good, if you still happen to have
Windows XP lying around your help is especially welcome this time. We
have restructured the way the Windows bundles are built (this is
essentially the Windows related part of #10120) which landed some days
ago. The big question is now: Do the Windows bundles still work on
Windows XP? A test would be extracting a bundle, starting it and trying
to load some websites. If that still works everything is fine. The
bundles can be found here:
