Hot on the heels of 3.6.2, here's a version of 3.6.2 built with meek.

The main differences in this release are that you can now use an
upstream HTTP or SOCKS proxy, and you no longer get two dock icons on
OS X.

In order to test a SOCKS proxy, you can use ssh with any host you have
SSH access to:
	ssh -v -D 1080 -N <sshhost>
Use Tor Browser's configuration wizard to set a SOCKS 5 proxy for
localhost port 1080.
