These aren't the fancy obfuscated flash proxy bundles I sent a few days
ago (https://lists.torproject.org/pipermail/tor-qa/2013-October/000199.html).
In the future obfscated flash proxy will be the default, but this batch
is still unobfuscated flash proxy.
