It appears that data specific to Private Browsing Mode windows is not
being cleared by the existing cookie and cache APIs.

I have filed https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/10352 for
this.

It's definitely something that we need to hold up the release for,
unfortunately :/.
