[tor-qa] Windows builds for TBB3.5 (FF24-esr) need testing (esp on WinXP)

I tested using Windows XP compatibility mode (service pack 2, 3) and it
still crashes.

I added user_pref("layers.acceleration.disabled", true); and the results
were:

-Windows 7 64-bit: works.
-Windows XP compatibility mode (service pack 2, 3): works.
