Testing:
tor-obfsproxy-browser-gnu-linux-x86_64-2.3.21-alpha-1-dev-en-US.tar.gz
Platform: Fedora 17
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2450M CPU @ 2.50GHz

Issues: Same behaviour as standard bundle.

Issue #1: On first launch Vidalia displays the relay list and paths
however the window that displays information (Location, IP Address, etc)
remains empty until second launch. After its launched a second time all
of the information appears *except* platform which remains an empty
field on all routers in Vidalia.

Issue #2: Every launch has FireFox display "The proxy server is refusing
connection"

"Firefox is configured to use a proxy server that is refusing connections."
