tor-browser-gnu-linux-x86_64-2.2.38-1-dev-en OK on RHEL6

Basic tests:
OK: ip-check.info
OK: samy.pl/evercookie/
OK: html5demos.com/web-socket

On another note, Socket.IO seems to work in all TBB's (able to send
and receive messages), however, I can't use Wireshark on this machine
to check if it's bypassing the proxy. Probably not, but you never
know.
