[tor-project] WWW February 2020 report

Hi all,

Here is what has happened in February in the Tor www world

  *

    We debugged errors in the build process for the websites. Now there
    are no more randomly broken builds and less resources are spend on
    jenkins.

  *

    Looking at lego documentation for giant rabbit:
