Below you'll find the highlights of Tor metrics team work done in
January 2018.

Gathered first content for specifications for statistical assessment of
aggregate data, which is Sponsor 13 deliverable 2 [1].

Updated format of the News page on Tor Metrics [2], and added support
for displaying ongoing events.

Made various improvements to Relay Search, including displaying IPv6
addresses alongside IPv4 addresses in the search results, displaying
time zones for data publication times [3], aggregated search by version
number [4], and added plotting individual relay counts to the map view [5].

Shut down the Compass service [6] after integrating its main functions
