Great news! The pro-Tor bill [1] from NH State Rep Keith Ammon just
passed the NH House by a HUGE margin -- 268-62!!! This is a really big
deal, not just because it shows how much support there is from NH
congresspeople, but because it was expected not to pass (they were
anticipating a floor fight [2]).

This bill is not yet a law -- it still needs to go before the NH Senate
and pass there. But this makes me hopeful! The ACLU of NH is working
with Rep Ammon on a senate strategy, and I may provide additional
testimony if needed.

I'll keep everyone posted on this.
