[tor-packagers] New security releases: Tor 0.4.5.7, 0.4.4.8, and 0.3.5.14

There are new security releases today for 0.4.5.7, 0.4.4.8, and 0.3.5.14.

One of the bugs that is fixed here is a DoS that potentially affects
all Tor instances.  Everybody should upgrade.

Tor 0.4.6.1-alpha will follow later this week, probably around Thursday.

Note that the above-listed release series the only ones that are
supported right now: if you have been shipping something else (like
0.4.3 for example) you should upgrade.  Our supported release schedule
