[tor-packagers] Tor 0.3.4.x has now reached end of life

Hi!  As planned, we will no longer be supporting the Tor 0.3.4.x series.

If you want a series with long term support, you should be tracking 0.3.5.x.

If you want the latest and greatest stable Tor, you should be shipping 0.4.0.x.

If you want to ship alpha releases and help us with debugging, the
alphas are currently 0.4.1.x.
