[tor-packagers] tor's torify script has dropped tsocks support

<nickm> weasel, blueness: We have concluded that using "torify" as a tsocks
frontend is so often a bad idea, and so unlikely to actually be done in a
safe way, that it's better if torify just depends on torsocks.
