Our URL and RSYNC is
+ https://mirror.vinahost.vn <http://mirror.vinahost.vn/>/torproject.org
+ rsync://mirror.vinahost.vn/ <http://mirror.vinahost.vn/kde>torproject.org
It not has "s" in mirror word. Please check again.
