The 38.229 machines are being shuffled in the datacenter the past
few days. So it is totally possible that you found them missing for
some hours at a time.

I think the shuffling might continue into this coming week.

We moved some services to Hetzner in the meantime, but that just means
smaller downtime and more predictable downtime, not no downtime. :)
