[tor-mirrors] New Mirror Server For Tor

We have set up a Mirror repository for Tor, which can be access trough the
following protocols:

ftp://mirrors-sg.pooltoys.com/tor/
http://mirrors-sg.pooltoys.com/tor/
rsync://mirrors-sg.pooltoys.com/tor/

CSV Format:

Pool Toys,Pool Toys,SGP,Singapore,SGP, TRUE, TRUE,No,,,rsync://
mirrors-sg.pooltoys.com/tor/,ftp://mirrors-sg.pooltoys.com/tor/,http://mirrors-sg.pooltoys.com/tor/,,,
,


The mirror is running over a VPS located at Singapore. And it's updated
daily using RSYNC.

We will like to be added to your list of Mirror Sites (
https://www.torproject.org/getinvolved/mirrors.html.en ), please let us
know if there is any other step we need to fulfill in order to do so.
