Hi,

- From my point of view it's irrelevant to host just the html pages
without the dist files. The reason (at least for me) to run a mirror
is to help users who cannot reach torproject.org fetch the software
and browse the internet freely. I also use it for myself along with
some friends, but it's all about the dist files, not the html
information about what is Tor, how it works, manuals and tutorials.

Hope 8-9GB won't be a problem for majority of mirrors available.
