[tor-mirrors] Update nginx configuration on website

Hi,

I don't know who is responsible for the mirror instructions webpage at
> https://www.torproject.org/docs/running-a-mirror.html.en
but I'd like him/her to update the nginx configuration to include a
directory index for the dist-directory.

server {
    listen 0.1.2.3:80;
    server_name your.example.com;

    root /var/www/mirrors/torproject.org;
    index index.html.en;

    location ^~ /dist/ {
        autoindex on;
    }
}

I am no nginx expert but this would be the conclusion of this bullet
point:
> Allows "Directory Index / Indexes" (Index viewing) of the /dist
directory.
