[tor-mirrors] UPDATED mirror "tor.taiga-san.net"

Hey. I've got the following error from my Squid when tried to access 
your site:

The following error was encountered while trying to retrieve the URL: 
http://tor.taiga-san.net/

    *Zero Sized Reply*

Seems there is some kind of misconfig, that's why mirror script cannot 
fetch a timestamp from your site.
