[tor-mirrors] Nginx Implementation

All,

I currently run my mirror on Apache with nginx serving as the front end
reverse proxy.  I would like to migrate the mirror to solely use nginx
instead of Apache.  I did a DDG search and turned up this thread

Rather than reinvention the wheel, I would appreciate any notes you have
on your implementations.  If not, I will make sure to send my notes back
to be used in the documentation.
