[tor-mirrors] wrong link

The link for my mirror's /dist is wrong, it's just pointing to
http://mirror.hessmo.com/tor/ <http://mirror.hessmo.com/tor/dist/> when it
should be pointing to  http://mirror.hessmo.com/tor/dist/

Thanks for getting it up on the site so quickly, can you put the
organization as "hessmo"?
