Hello,

Meeting notes are available here. [0]  Takeaways include:

 * Some minor clarifications to prop#245, but it will be put in "Status:
   Accepted" with a ticket to implement and deploy step#1 (§3).  We'll need
   to actually implement all the other steps too, with parameters to
   en-/dis- able them, so that we can properly test them before deployment
   (in ~2020).

 * prop#282 is accepted, and can be implemented immediately.

 * A new proposal summarising our newly created policy for consensus method
   deprecation will be written.
