[tor-dev] Memory usage of Tor daemon

I'm not complaining. I just care about Tor on the router. Memory usage
is a concern, and I was wondering if something can be done about it
*before* it becomes a problem.

Note: the 16 MB non-volatile storage can be extended by using an USB
memory stick.
