[tor-dev] Getting error while making a build

I am getting the following error while running make fetch :-

Can't exec "hg": No such file or directory at rbm/lib/RBM.pm line 406.
Error: Error cloning https://hg.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla-esr45/
make: *** [fetch] Error 1

any help would be appreciable.
