I'd say 8G RAM and 100G disk space could work, though 16G RAM and 250G
disk would save you some trouble during the initialization phase when
you feed tons of descriptors into it.

If you want to give this a try, I'd want to take that opportunity and
improve the documentation and maybe also the process for setting up
Onionoo, if you're interested in helping with that.
