[tor-dev] Typo in torspec.git/control-spec.txt

Hi,

the Tor control protocol spec says in §4.1 about asyncrhronous replies:

> These replies can be sent after a corresponding SETEVENTS command has been
> received.  They will not be interleaved with other Reply elements, but they
> can not appear between a command and its corresponding reply.

If I am not reading the example wrongly, the negation in the last
sentence is wrong,
e.g.
