[tor-dev] GSoC: making tor daemon using more cores

Hi all,

This my first report since my return, from millitary camp. Last week I have
been watching tor daemon code and make little refactor. I think I found
place where I can use my threadpool to make daemon multicore. I'm going to
implement it as soon as I disquise my idea with Nick.
