Thanks for the updates to the tor-mingw.nsi.  I've updated trunk with
a few of the obvious things updated.  I need to test the rest and think
more about the changes.  Most of these seem to be style differences.
You clearly like functions vs. the simple layout we had before.  I'll
walk through this over the weekend.  Thanks.
