Tor 0.0.9pre5 is out

I can't reproduce this error with 0.0.9pre5 or the current CVS, on
Windows or on Linux.  I suspect that one of two things is going on:

 1. Your configuration file is not where you think it is.
 2. Your configuration file is not what you think it is.

Can you send me the following:

 1. Your complete configuration file as an attachment.
 2. The output of running Tor (with this error) at a more verbose log
    level.  (Type "tor-009pre5.exe -f torrc -l debug".)
