There's a .deb of this tarball at
http://mirror.noreply.org/~weasel/tor_0.0.7.2+0.0.8pre1-0.woody.1_i386.deb

It should work for Debian stable, testing, and unstable.

I will upload 0.0.8* to debian and the usual apt repository for stable
once we know it will not break real bad.
