For the record, for this one I think I am right and everybody else
is wrong.

This relay appears to be in the Ukraine, based on whois and (I assume)
also based on my geoip.

Is everybody else running an old geoip and the old geoip says it's in
Iran or something?

Or, did we badexit this relay or netblock while I wasn't looking?
