For information, this might take longer than I expected.

The bwauth has been running for almost five days (started Jan 7 00:58)
and has produced no more than two bws-*-done files (from scanner.4) with
aggregate.py reporting scanner #4 being at 2.8% out of 60% of the relays
scanned.
