Hi everyone,

For those of you who are not following the latest Tor news, we released
a new Tor Browser version[1].

In this version, we have modified the connecting to Tor user flow[2],
how to select a bridge to bypass censorship, and now Snowflake can be
used to bypass censorship[3] in Tor Browser stable (10.5).

We've updated Tor Browser user documentation, and you can access it here:

 - "All about Tor" training pack (EN)
   - direct link: <https://gitweb.torproject.org/community/training.git/plain/2021/all-about-tor/all-about-tor-full-pack.pdf>
   - More versions are available here[4]:

 - Tor Browser User Manual:
   - Running Tor Browser for the first time:
   - Using Tor Bridges: https://tb-manual.torproject.org/bridges/
   - Using Pluggable Transports:

As we know, there is a lot of great educational material written by the
Tor community. Please be sure to update your guides.
