Hi,
I wouldn't recommend using Tor with Windows XP, as it has many security
flaws. These flaws may compromise your privacy, which could make Tor not
useful.
If you insist, you can download one of the 32-bit versions of Tor Browser
<https://www.torproject.org/download/languages/> here.
If these do not work, you may try one of the older versions of Tor
<https://archive.torproject.org/tor-package-archive/>, which may be
compatible with XP. Using an older version is also not recommended, but
could be your only choice.
