[community] SOTO notes and slides

Hi everyone,

If you have stuff for us to talk about during the community team's
portion of the State of the Onion, please get it onto the notes pad and
send me slides by Wednesday the 26th at the latest! I will put the
slides together and get them to Jon. Please remember that we only have
about 5-7 minutes for this presentation, so don't make it too long! Here
