Hi Kevin,

Fernando Mancera, who was at the public part of the Rome meeting, is in
Spain. I believe he is a student studying privacy tech, but I don't
recall where he is, exactly. I can try to get his contact info for you.

Also, hiro lives in Barcelona. You might ask her for advice.
