[community] Poll for possible new meeting time!

Hi all,

In Rome, we discussed trying again to find a better meeting time for
our regular Community Team meetings. There are a number of people who
do stuff on this team but can never make the meetings that happen
every other Wednesday at 1800 UTC. So let's see if we can't find
something better!

I've made this Doodle poll with all the times of the week that I could
make work. Please ignore the fact that it lists dates only in the week
of April 2 -- I just picked a random week so that we could have Monday
through Friday times on the poll. I will leave the poll open for two
weeks and then share the results on the list:

offlist with the times during the week that you could make it to a
meeting (FYI, all of my available times fall between 1300 and 0000 UTC).
