[community] support portal feedback

Hi all,

I have updated the support repository on gitlab [1] to incorporate the
feedback we got. I haven't updated the torgit repo yet because this will
update transifex too and I wouldn't like to do that before we have all
the feedback in.

This is also live on staging [2].
