[community] Translations

Hello everybody,
I hope I’m writing to the right mailinglist. I tried to translate few strings to Czech in Tor’s Transifex earlier and this weekend, I’d like to finish it. Unfortunately, it looks like there is nobody who can approve the translations. Is it possible to get this permission somewhere?
