[community] [roadmap process] follow up with other teams

Thank you for this Isa. As I noted earlier in the week, I won't be at
this week's community team meeting because I'll be traveling, but it
would be good to spend some time talking about the roadmap.

Before the meeting, if everyone can review Isa's email below as well as
the current draft of our roadmap:

Take one more opportunity to add anything to the roadmap that is
missing. At the meeting, please discuss the November roadmap tasks
everyone is working on, as well as what is still needed. Create tickets
where necessary and make sure to use the community-need keyword as
applicable. Phoul can fill in on the status of a few of these items,
including the support portal work and the support checkins with other
teams. Anyone interested in working on the grants for GS outreach or
relay operator support can chat with Tommy.

I'll read the backlog once I am settled in Paris!
