Now with HARICA, acquiring a certificate has become more accessible, but we know that free certificates are ideal and are looking forward to that moment.</p>

+ <p>A timeline of events helps in interpreting graphs. For example, you may look at a graph and ask, "Why did the number of Tor users in Sri Lanka increase for a week in 2018?"</p>
