+– Isabela presented the 2019-2020 budget and covered changes to budget.
+– Cindy Cohn moved motion to approve the 2019-2020 budget for Tor Project, Inc. Matt Blaze seconded. The board voted unanimously to accept the budget.

+RESOLVED: Tor Board approved 2019-2020 budget.
