    Update Onionoo protocol for versions 4.3 and 5.0.
    
    Includes specification updates for #21366 (quoting qualified search
    terms), #16553 (host_name parameter), #21637 (unreachable_or_addresses
    field), and #22261 (remove $ from fingerprints in family-related
    fields).
