    Revert "Apply patch for bug 23044"
    
    This reverts commit a11a8b301950e1c25adcfd5bea07c773f5082533.
    
    We do the right thing and get the patch via the tor-brower repo. No need
    to use this workaround anymore which was there for our emergency
    release.
