commit 80e10aa121cbc3476ef3960f96eaf55843c7c5be
Author: Alexander Færøy <ahf at 0x90.dk>
Date: Mon Oct 12 21:56:30 2015 +0200

Use DEFAULT_CONF_FILE_ENV instead of a hardcoded value.

This is a trivial clean-up patch that makes init_config() use the
DEFAULT_CONF_FILE_ENV define instead of the hardcoded string literal.
