    Bug 10534: Let's not advertise help desk emails directly
    
    Do not display the help at rt.torproject.org email address (currently,
    no one is responding to help desk email).
    
    In the wizard and network settings window, point users to
    torproject.org/about/contact.html#support for assistance.
