commit df05e195ee64d7ed1b5a1b5d74c5868683788ba2
Author: Nick Mathewson <nickm at torproject.org>
Date: Wed Oct 8 14:43:33 2014 -0400

Add trunnel-generated items for link handshake code.

This includes the link handshake variations for proposal220.

We'll use this for testing first, and then use it to extend our
    current code to support prop220.
