commit 98662b73c9f879131f9a7777f33625ca33a24227
Author: Damian Johnson <atagar at torproject.org>
Date:   Sat Mar 14 17:40:57 2015 -0700

    Drop Controller's quit() method

    This method did literally nothing except set a 'is_done' flag. Rest of the code
    was leftover from when we had a wizard to determine if we should shut down the
    tor instance too.
