commit 7db9add35d69e69e3366ff803234c2f9cfc6d3af

    Bug 11040: Avoid hard-coding MIRROR_HOST.

MIRROR_HOST is hard-coded to "10.0.2.2". This breaks building the TBB
with LXC. We use the same technique as in gitian-builder to determine
the proper network interface to use when building the pluggable
    transports part for Windows.
